Summary of Responsibilities:

The jobholder support Head of Loan Operations to manage Loans Operations Indonesia and control environment and solves issues related to Loan Operations in respect of credit products, loan documentation, processing, reporting and workout accounts. This position is accountable for all tasks handled by Loan Operations in accordance with (i) the Roles and Responsibilities document (ii) the Key Operation Procedures (KOP) of Loans (iii) other Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities:


1. Documentation
  • Verifying the authenticity of approved Credit Reports.
  • Performing due diligence on documentation received from customers i.e. that originals are received, properly signed/stamped in accordance with the applicable laws.
  • Scanning documents into dbLoandoc and safe keeping of the original documents.
  • Providing English translation of documents like relevant Articles of Association which are in Bahasa;
  • Arranging review of standard documentation templates by external and internal legal counsel.

2. Monitoring Function
  • Submission of excess reports
  • Ensure proper tracking of financial statements.
  • Ensure proper reporting of legal lending limits and other central bank reports.
  • Monitoring stock reports and insurance policies.
  • Performing Credit Risk function, i.e. monitor/analyze reports i.e. LLL, workout report, Delayed renewal report and work closely with other members in Risk Management Unit to prepare report to Central Bank.
  • Ensure proper daily and monthly reconciliation process in a timely manner.

3. Credit Limit & Interest Conditions Update
  • To ensure limits are properly implemented and managed.

4. Loan Processing
  • Ensure loans are processed (booked or settled) accurately using LS2, Kplus, KtP Indo Application in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that Work in Process is properly monitored on daily basis
  • Ensure that all reconciliation (LS2/K+, LS2/Ledger, LS2 limit) are properly review on daily basis
  • Ensure loans are processed (booked or settled) accurately in IDMS in a timely manner.

5. Reporting
  • Ensure that the regular central bank reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that regional head office reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure submission of accurate and timely counterparty information to Loan Exposure Management Group or regional head office
  • Ensure that Regional Head Office reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that daily reports are produced in a timely manner and well documented.
